Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is essential for safe, effective and confident practice. We offer supervision for Speech and Language Therapists working in schools, NHS services, private practice or independent settings. Our approach provides a reflective, supportive space to discuss complex cases, build clinical reasoning, explore evidence-based practice and maintain professional standards.

Leona is also an experienced university lecturer, bringing academic rigour, current research and best practice into everything we do.

For newly qualified therapists (NQPs), we offer structured supervision aligned with professional guidelines to ensure a strong transition into independent practice. For experienced clinicians, supervision provides space to refine skills, explore challenges and deepen clinical confidence.

Supervision is collaborative, compassionate and grounded in real-world SLT experience, helping you grow, reflect and deliver the highest quality care.
